Allana was a player for Australia in the Rugby Sevens in 2013, Then, a series of knee injuries put Allana to stay off the field for many years prior to making her return to rugby league. Allana made her women's debut in the league game against Queensland in New South Wales. Allana added radio to the roster, and makes regularly appearances on 2GB's Continuous Call Team.
